Maintain day-to-day accounting records including ledger posting, invoice preparation, and expense tracking.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Assist in payroll processing and statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF, etc.).
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Reconcile bank statements and financial records.
Administration:
Manage office operations and ensure smooth functioning of administrative tasks.
Handle vendor management and procurement of office supplies.
Assist in maintaining employee records and HR-related documentation.
Coordinate with service providers and external agencies as required.
Support management in various administrative tasks and reporting.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or relevant field.
Proven experience in accounting and office administration.
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or similar) and MS Office.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
