Key Responsibilities



Tender Management:

Handle e-tenders on the GEM portal and prepare necessary documentation.

Quotations & Invoicing:

Draft professional quotations and generate customer invoices using

Tally

.

Inventory Control:

Maintain accurate stock records, track movements, and produce regular inventory reports.

Vendor Coordination:

Generate purchase orders, follow up with suppliers, and ensure timely replenishment.

Accounts Maintenance:

Record petty cash and daily transactions, reconcile accounts, and coordinate with the Chartered Accountant for filings and audits.

Subsidy Assistance:

Manage documentation, upload and troubleshooting of DBT applications.

Reporting:

Prepare periodic reports on inventory levels, billing trends, and financial summaries for management.

Administrative Support:

Assist management with document filing, correspondence, and compliance tasks.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
