Job Description

Compaero Inc. USA is in the business of manufacturing Connector Accessories for the aerospace and defense industry since 1989.

For our Indian operations known as Compaero India Private Limited based in Kochi-Kerala, we are looking for an Accounts & HR Executive with 2-3 years of experience, proficient in accounting tasks, administrative duties, and HR support. Local candidates preferred.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with accounting tasks: invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations.

- Maintain accurate financial records and assist with reporting and budgeting.

- Handle administrative duties: phone calls, emails, file organization.

- Provide HR support: recruitment, onboarding, record maintenance.

- Coordinate office activities and ensure adequate supplies.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English required.

- Proven 1 Year experience in accounting, administrative, or HR support roles preferred.

- Mandatory Proficiency in ODOO ERP, MS Excel

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
