Key Responsibilities

Financial Management

:
Managing accounts payable and receivable.
Preparing financial statements and reports.
Handling payroll and ensuring timely payments.
Reconciling bank statements.
Maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers.

All office related account handling

Administrative Tasks:


Managing office material inward,dispatch & order process.
Coordinating office activities and supporting staff.
Handling correspondence and communication.
Maintaining organized filing systems.
May involve HR duties like work pass applications and staff leave records.

Skills Required:

Strong attention to detail, Proficiency in accounting software, Excellent organizational and time-management skills, Good communication and interpersonal skills, and Ability to work independently and as part of a team
