We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts & Admin professional to manage day-to-day accounting functions along with administrative and office operations. The role ensures smooth financial processes, compliance, and efficient office management.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Responsibilities:
Maintain books of accounts and daily accounting entries
Handle billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Prepare vouchers, expense statements, and bank reconciliations
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
Coordinate with auditors and consultants
Maintain financial records and documentation
Administrative Responsibilities:
Manage office administration and daily operations
Handle vendor coordination, purchase orders, and expense control
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data
Support HR activities such as onboarding and documentation
Manage office supplies, assets, and facilities
Handle correspondence, filing, and record maintenance
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
2-5 years of experience in accounts and administration
Knowledge of accounting standards and statutory compliances
Skills & Competencies
Proficiency in
Tally / accounting software
and MS Office
Basic knowledge of
GST, TDS, and statutory filings
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
