Handle day-to-day accounting operations (sales, purchase, expenses, petty cash, etc.)
Maintain books of accounts in Tally / accounting software
Prepare and process invoices, vouchers, and bank reconciliations
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
Coordinate with CA for monthly and yearly audits
Maintain records of vendor payments and employee reimbursements
Administration:
Manage office operations and general administrative tasks
Handle procurement of office supplies and inventory management
Coordinate with vendors and service providers
Assist HR in maintaining employee attendance, leave records, and documentation
Manage incoming/outgoing communication, courier, and filing system
Support management in day-to-day operational activities
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting or related field
2-3 years of experience in accounts and administration
Proficiency in
Tally ERP / Excel / MS Office
Knowledge of
GST, TDS, and other accounting principles
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
