The

Accounts & Admin Executive

will be responsible for handling the daily accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring smooth administrative functioning of the office.
This role is best suited for someone detail-oriented, honest, and disciplined -- a person who values structure, organization, and long-term stability.

Key Responsibilities



Accounts:



Record daily financial transactions in Tally / Excel Prepare and maintain vouchers, invoices, and receipts Reconcile bank accounts and vendor ledgers Handle GST entries, TDS tracking, and coordination with the company CA Prepare payment sheets for vendor and supplier settlements

Administration:



Maintain staff attendance and office documentation Manage petty cash, bills, courier, and office supplies Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and clients for admin needs Assist management in travel-related documentation and basic HR tasks Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the Bandra office

Required Skills



Strong knowledge of

basic accounting principles

Experience in

Tally / Excel / MS Office

Good communication and coordination skills Punctual, organized, and trustworthy Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
