Administration:
Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing (digital and physical).
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams.
Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee database.
Support HR with onboarding and other administrative activities.
Organize meetings, travel, and office events.
Accounts:
Record daily accounting transactions (sales, purchases, payments, receipts).
Manage petty cash, reimbursements, and expense tracking.
Prepare and maintain invoices, receipts, and vouchers.
Assist in bank reconciliation and basic financial reporting.
Coordinate with the accountant for monthly and annual account closures.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
.
1-2 years of experience
in admin and accounts (preferably in an IT or service-based company).
Working knowledge of
Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks
.
Good proficiency in
MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
