We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts & Admin Executive to handle day-to-day accounting activities along with administrative operations. The role involves maintaining financial records, supporting audits, and ensuring smooth office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Responsibilities:
Maintain books of accounts, vouchers, and supporting documents
Handle daily accounting entries in Tally / accounting software
Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment follow-ups
Manage petty cash and bank reconciliations
Assist in GST filings, TDS, and statutory compliance
Coordinate with auditors and support during audits
Track expenses and prepare basic MIS reports
Administration Responsibilities:
Manage office operations and vendor coordination
Handle procurement of office supplies and inventory
Maintain employee records, attendance, and basic payroll support
Patient Billing.
Coordinate with HR for onboarding and documentation
Ensure proper filing of documents and records
Support management with administrative tasks as required
Required Skills & Competencies:
Knowledge of accounting principles and compliance
Working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and MS Office
Good organizational and multitasking skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and coordination skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience in healthcare / corporate / service industry
Basic knowledge of payroll processing
Familiarity with HR or compliance processes

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
