Avantika Wellness Spa is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented
Accounts & Admin Executive
to handle daily financial entries, billing, admin operations, and basic office coordination.
Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounts, billing, cash handling & expense entries.
Manage Excel sheets, petty cash, vendor payments & receipts.
Handle GST invoices, purchase entries, and basic bookkeeping.
Maintain staff attendance, leave records & admin documentation.
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors & service partners.
Manage basic front-office/admin communication when required.
Support management with reports, statements, and daily operations.
Ensure smooth administrative functioning of the spa.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Accounting (preferred).
1-2 years of experience in accounting/admin (spa/salon/hospitality preferred).
Strong knowledge of
Tally / Zoho Books / Excel
.
Good understanding of bookkeeping & invoicing.
Excellent communication & coordination skills.
High attention to detail and reliability.
Salary
?15,000 - ?20,000 per month
