Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Responsibilities -
Maintain daily books of accounts (Cash, Bank, Ledger).
Handle billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
Record expenses, income, and vendor transactions.
Assist in GST returns, TDS, and basic statutory compliance.
Coordinate with CA for audits, filings, and reports.
Prepare monthly financial summaries and MIS reports.
Backend & Administrative Responsibilities -
Manage office documentation, records, and data filing.
Handle backend coordination with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
Maintain attendance, payroll support, and staff records.
Support management with reports, data entry, and follow-ups.
Handle purchase records, asset tracking, and inventory data.
Coordinate day-to-day office administration tasks.
Required Qualifications & Skills -
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
2-4 years of experience in Accounting & Administration.
Knowledge of Tally, Excel, and accounting software.
Basic understanding of GST, invoicing, and compliance.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented.
Mandatory Requirements -
Must have a

Willingness to handle office and field-related co-ordination work.
Preferred Skills -
Experience in backend admin or operations role.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Prior experience in service, events, or hospitality industry is a plus.
