Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage client billing, maintain records, and follow up on receivables
Coordinate with internal teams for timely and accurate billing
Manage accounts payable, receivable, petty cash, and expense tracking
Maintain financial and administrative records
Handle office administration including vendor coordination, office supplies, and front-office support
Support overall administrative efficiency and workflow management
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in accounts and administration
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Proficient in Tally and Excel
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
Immediate joiner preferred
