Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven coordinator to support our business development & finance functions.

This role will help to bridge coordination between our internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring efficient coordination, accurate documentation and operational compliance.

Responsibilities:



Prepare and manage sales proposals, contracts, invoices and purchase orders in an organised and timely manner

Maintain standardised documentation across sales and finance functions

Keep financial records updated and coordinate with vendors and clients

Follow up on outstanding payments and support with account reconciliation

Handle basic accounting tasks using Tally and Zoho, including banking-related work

Assist with billing coordination and maintain accurate client billing information

Liaise with pharma purchase teams to ensure timely documentation

Support the business development team with admin tasks, documentation and follow-ups

Bridge communication between business development and finance teams

Ensure clean and accurate data entry and reporting in Zoho CRM and Zoho Books

Required Skill-sets:



Excellent organisational, verbal & written skills. Must be well spoken in English and Hindi language. Working knowledge of GST and TDS regulations relevant to invoicing and compliances. Experience or working knowledge of Zoho CRM and Zoho Books. High attention to detail, ability to follow structured processes. Proactive attitude and collaborative team player.

Compensation - Rs. 20,000 - Rs. 25,000 per month

Preferred Background



Bachelor's degree in commerce, Business Administration, or a related finance-focused field. Prior experience in accounts, administration or purchase coordination roles. Exposure to working with pharma or healthcare clients is a plus.
