Accounts & Admin - coordination Executive (NOT CA background)



1. Working knowledge of Accounting in Tally software / MS office / Word / Excel

2. Good English speaking and writing skills for communication

3. Record maintenance like books / files management, invoicing, and other such related documents

4. Dealing with bank for day-to-day transactions and follow up for pending bills of Mobile / Torrent / Adani / Credit Card / AC / RO / Stationary etc.

5. Coordination with respective vendor for any sort of complaint like Bathroom Repairing / Stationery Purchase and its stock / Banking related problem / Post Office / LIC / any insurance / Municipal Tax / AC / RO maintenance, etc.

6. Admin support to manage the smooth running of the office from all aspects of office management, attendance management for payroll, leave management and its approval process

7. Office function management from decoration to lunch and gift distribution

8. Any other work which is required to be done for smooth functioning of routing office work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
