Position : Accounts & Administration Assistant
Job description :
1. Preparing statutory accounts.
2. Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct.
3. Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
4. Recording and filing cash transactions.
5. Invoice processing and filing.
6. Processing expense requests for the accountant to approve.
7. Bank reconciliation.
8. Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers.
9. Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.
10. Maintaining suppliers, vendors database
11. Office and Robot Workshop management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
