Education Background
Bachelors degree in accounting or finance
Work Experience
5 to 7 years in Procure to Pay process of which 1 to 2 in a Supervisory role. Prior experience in Ariba, ERP systems and Excel required
SAP ERP experience preferred
Key Responsibilities
Procurement:
- In depth Knowledge of overall Procurement function, Purchasing principle, Vendor Management, month end and reconciliation activities
- Ensure timely processing of Purchase Requisition\xe2\x80\x99s & Purchase Order\xe2\x80\x99s
- Vendor Management, as required & communication with key suppliers
- Responsible for responding to queries of Vendors and Stakeholders and ensure closure.
- Ensure all processes activities are in accordance with Company\xe2\x80\x99s Policy and Internal Controls are in place to minimize/ eliminate the errors; audit and review work for accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure team is meeting all process deliverables.
- Guiding and mentoring the team as required.
- Publishing Dashboards and Reports.
- Perform back up duties for Team members, as necessary.
- Handle Internal, Transactional and Statutory audits.
