MMC is seeking candidates for the following position: Accounting Supervisor AR with English (German as an asset) What can you expect As part of the Warsaw Accounting Operations (AO) hub, this role will supervise a team within the Account s Receivable (AR) function. The function will provide accounting services to more than 30 countries within the EMEA region, across all MMC operating companies. What is in it for you Further development within AO structures Work in a people-oriented team with dynamic colleagues and leaders Cooperation with other AO teams located in Warsaw office and offshore teams located in India / USA Attractive benefits package (private health care, sports card, life insurance, lunch card), free access to LinkedIn learning platform, language courses refund A modern office in Warsaw city center, just next to the M2 'Rondo Daszy skiego' underground station We will count on you to: Supervise a team (10-15 people) Conduct operational activities of the AR function Take care of accounting processes, ensuring accurate processing, recording, and reporting of financial information Review and improve processes to achieve and maintain global standardization Support the robust control environment and ensure compliance with all relevant standards Ensure that developed KPIs and SLAs are met Assist with auditors and audit requirements and SOX testing What you need to have: Proven people management experience 5+ years' of relevant professional experience with proven operational improvement capabilities Working knowledge of ERP Accounting systems e.g. Oracle Financials Very good command of English - a must Excellent customer service skills What makes you stand out: University degree in the field of finance, accounting, or economics or recognized Accounting qualification e.g. ACCA Previous experience in SSC / BPO Knowledge of German If you are interested please, submit your CV in English.
