Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for US GAAP close on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis, balance sheet reconciliations and internal management reporting
• Hands on experience in financial statements, US GAAP Accounting, Balance Sheet recon & Management reporting
• Proficient in understanding and explaining business drivers for any P&L and Balance sheet movements.
• Should have good understanding of business finance, i.e., accounting for refunds, TPA business, reconciliation etc.
• Role involves certifying key & non-key reconciliations and analyzing key findings.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP reporting guidelines set by GAAP standards.
• Provide supporting documentation to the Company\'s independent auditors for GAAP matters.

Qualifications & Experience

• A Bachelor\'s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• A minimum of 2 years\' experience
• Familiarity with accounting software, such as NetSuite
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
