So, what are we looking for?




We are looking for an Accounting Specialist for our Pune location whose attitude, skills, and work ethic will embody our mission "to provide a fantastic customer experience". Somebody who is passionate about AV. We take pride in our employees, known in the industry as customer-focused problem-solvers who can get the job done.


What are your responsibilities?


Process purchase orders, verify invoices, and ensure timely vendor payments. Maintain procurement records and negotiate cost-effective deals. Log in information regarding vendors to file SPIFF claims. Upload and manage end of life products on corporate pricing files. Enter travel reports and confirm that entries match our system. Reconcile purchase transactions and assist in financial reporting. Work with US based accounting team to plan and execute data entry and administrative projects. Perform other duties, as needed.

Does experience count?




Minimum 3 year of experience in same field. Proficient in Microsoft excel Knowledge of Microsoft Business Central and Dynamics 365 Strong communication skills Proven experience in team handling and leadership roles Experience in US accounting practices and regulations
