Maintain books of accounts, invoicing, bank reconciliation, and vendor/employee settlements.
Handle accounts payable/receivable, petty cash, reimbursements, and financial reporting (MIS).
Ensure statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, Income Tax) and assist in audits.
Manage office administration including supplies, vendor coordination, travel bookings, and facility upkeep.
Prepare letters, agreements, and other office correspondence as required.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations while upholding accuracy and confidentiality.
