Role:Accounting Specialist Experience:3-6Years The Responsibilities: The Accounting specialist, reporting to the Manager Finance operations performs variety of tasks supporting the accounting activities. The principal task is to perform various reconciliations including Bank reconciliations Specific Responsibilities Will Include Ensure completeness and accuracy of bank and cash balances by performing reconciliation of various banks\' accounts with Transact Ensure completeness and accuracy of the financial statements by performing various General ledger accounts On a monthly, quarterly and ad hoc basis, provide a detailed analysis of cash and bank balances in aggregate and where necessary, by client and cohort. On a monthly, quarterly and ad hoc basis, provide a detailed analysis of expenses Ensure accuracy of cash and bank balances reported through various dashboards Update and distribute daily activity report for all banking activities and analyze any changes in trends or anomalies. Assist with reconciliation, research and other metrics-related tasks as assigned. The Requirements Prior experience in Finance, accounting and General ledger Accounting Strong accounting / reconciliation knowledge on bank and cash transactions Fluency in spoken and written English. Advanced knowledge of Excel. Knowledge of MS Word & Power Point. User level knowledge on Power BI Bachelor\'s degree in Finance and accounting Proven propensity to learn new technologies and skills quickly. Thrives in a collaborative team environment. High-level of analytical skills and keen attention to detail. Ability to work independently and complete tasks with minimal supervision. Strategic and analytic thinker with superior problem-solving skills. Highly organized and capable of working on multiple projects at once. Excellent time-management, written and oral communication skills.
