Main Responsibilities:
Provide support to end users on enquiries to Accounting Software via phone call / email / remote assistance.
Provide Software technical assistance, troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Perform data migration works, templates creation where necessary.
Resolve customer issues in a timely & professional manner.
Involve in ad-hoc tasks where applicable.
Mandatory Skills:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or relevant qualifications equivalent to the field required.
Hands on experience in the accounting software tools is mandatory.
Minimum 2 years
of relevant experience in Helpdesk / Onsite / Desktop support /
Accounting / Finance system is preferred.
Excellent communication skills is mandatory
