Manage and ensure correct accounting methodology is provided and applied during:
New client onboarding and restructuring of existing client mandates, including configuration of Aladdin, VRS, and Performance architecture within agreed SLAs.
New instrument setup processes within agreed SLAs.
Focus on sensitive clients and deliver specific accounting services tailored to their needs.
Produce detailed change requests for Business-As-Usual (BAU) and Non-Core projects impacting the team.
Provide timely and accurate information for RFP (Request for Proposal) requests.
Reconcile client accounting records to third-party records accurately and promptly as required.
Resolve complex queries from external teams efficiently.
Represent the Accounting Service team in relevant platform change groups.
Implement and ensure adherence to business controls.
Drive continuous review and improvement of operational systems and workflows, including:
Identification of training opportunities.
Adoption of new tools and technologies to automate and optimize processes.
Escalate issues outside agreed service standards to the Team Leader as appropriate.
Build and nurture strong working relationships within the Accounting Service Management team and with internal clients, suppliers, and other client teams.
Use initiative to develop effective solutions for escalated issues.
What You'll Bring
Proven experience in the Securities or Fund Management industry, with strong portfolio accounting expertise.
Relevant professional qualifications, such as IAQ or equivalent training and competency levels.
