This Position reports to: Team Lead - Accounts Payable
Your role and responsibilities
We are seeking a Spanish Language Expert with strong analytical and accounting skills to join our Accounts Payable - Accounting & Reporting team .In this role, you will have the opportunity to sup-ports accounts payable activities, P2P, invoice processing in line with defined policies, procedures, and strategies. Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of accounts payable trans-actions while preparing comprehensive reports and analysis to support effective decision-making

This role is contributing to the Finance in Bangalore-Hebbal.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Processing accounts payable transactions, ensuring accurate tracking and processing.

• Performing necessary activities within the accounts payable area to ensure accurate and timely reporting. Executing analysis and reports assigned and taking appropriate action as necessary.
• Compiling with and helping to achieve internal control over financial reporting compliance in ac-counts payable for applicable templates.
• Participating in internal control testing and preparing relevant documentation. Ensuring all rele-vant stakeholders are

aware of progress and/or issues to maximize customer satisfaction. Check invoices to verify that they comply with the fiscal and internal control requirements.

• Focusing on organizing and coordinating on a task, project or program basis in support of a pro-cess or internal team

Language & Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking vendors and internal teams.
Translate financial documents and vendor communications from Spanish to English and vice versa.
Ensure clear and professional communication across multiple regions.
Language Skills:
Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Ability to interpret and communicate financial information in both languages.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Accounts Payable or Financial Accounting is a plus.
Experience supporting Spanish-speaking countries in a finance function.
You are immersed engaged in working with SAP
Ability to demonstrate as 0 to 2 year experience or skills in, SAP, AP, P2P, journal entries
You are passionate about Analytics skills
Degree in Mcom/MBA-finance/Bcom with proper documentation and percentage
Fluency in English & Spanish (spoken and written) is essential
