Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Professional to manage the On-the-Job Training (OJT) for accounting students at CAMFiN. The role involves guiding students through real-time accounting processes from Trading, Manufacturing, and Service sectors, ensuring practical learning and accurate reporting aligned with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and guide students during practical accounting training sessions.

Demonstrate and train on day-to-day accounting functions including:

Journal Entries, Ledgers, and Trial Balance

GST, Income Tax, and Finalization of Accounts

Payroll, Bank Reconciliation, and MIS Reporting

Inventory and Cost Accounting

Provide exposure to Tally Prime, Zoho Books, SAP (FI/CO), and MS Excel.

Prepare and review real-time company accounts used for OJT practice.

Conduct sessions on Accounting Reports & Financial Analysis.

Coordinate with faculty and placement officers to align training outcomes with job requirements.

Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback for skill enhancement.

Maintain training documentation and weekly progress reports.

Requirements:

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA (Inter) / CMA / equivalent.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting (preferably across trading/manufacturing/service sectors).

Hands-on knowledge of Tally Prime, Zoho Books, and MS Excel mandatory.

Prior experience in training, mentoring, or supervision preferred.

Strong communication and reporting skills.
