About The Role
Hansen is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our team in Pune. Take a key role in driving success by managing all aspects of financial operations, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, audits, and compliance. This is a fixed-term role providing maternity cover, ensuring continuity of operations and compliance with statutory requirements.
This is a full-time onsite role at our Baner, Pune office.
About You
You are a highly driven individual with proven experience in audits, financial reporting, and compliance.
You are experienced in:

• thriving in a fast-paced environment and have a strong eye for detail.
• showcasing skills like being proactive, a go-getter, and passionate about driving process improvements.
• Excel (Pivot, Lookups, dashboards) and Tally ERP will be highly valued.
• demonstrating excellent communication skills and can collaborate effectively with global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage month-end closing activities including provisions, depreciation, AR/AP reporting, and P&L analysis.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly variance analysis and balance sheet ratio analysis.
• Lead statutory, tax, GST, and transfer pricing audits; liaise with auditors and internal teams.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and FX working reports.
• Ensure compliance with STPI and other regulatory requirements.
• Maintain strong internal controls and ensure zero non-compliance.
