Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting & Reporting

Manage daily accounting operations including ledger updates, journal entries, reconciliations, and monthly closings. Prepare and review financial statements as per accounting standards and company policy. Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping for all financial transactions.

Taxation & Compliance

Handle GST filing - monthly, quarterly, and annual returns, along with payment and reconciliation of GST, TDS, and other statutory dues. Coordinate IT return filing and support tax audits as per legal requirements. Manage e-way bill generation for logistics and supply chain activities. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements including PF, ESI, and professional tax.

Audit & Internal Control

Coordinate with external auditors for statutory and internal audits to ensure accuracy and compliance. Implement and monitor effective internal financial controls. Respond to audit queries and ensure timely submission of supporting documents.

Cash Flow & Treasury Management

Prepare and monitor cash flow statements to maintain healthy liquidity. Oversee fund inflows and outflows and manage working capital efficiently.

Accounts Payable & Receivable

Ensure timely supplier payments and reconciliation of vendor accounts. Follow up on buyer payments to ensure timely collections and manage overdue accounts.

Team & Coordination

Lead and guide the accounts team to ensure timely and accurate reporting. Coordinate with other departments for smooth financial operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in accounting and finance management. In-depth knowledge of GST laws, Income Tax Act, and other statutory compliance. Proficiency in Tally ERP accounting software. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
