About the role

In this role, you will be a part of the Finance team, which is responsible for all financial transactions of the company. The Accounting manager will own the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close and compliance processes across US, UK, and India entities. They will oversee account reconciliations and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies.

What you'll do:

Close & Financial Controls + Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes + Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS and internal accounting policies
+ Perform Bank and Cash reconciliations
+ Oversee account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
+ Perform reasonableness testing on P&L and balance sheet movements
Intercompany & Global Accounting + Record and review intercompany management fees + Own intercompany entries and eliminations
+ Perform intercompany reconciliations across: US, UK, India, and consolidated books
Compliance, Tax & Audit Support + Maintain and update the global compliance calendar workbook + Maintain strong documentation and audit-ready schedules
+ Assist with - US tax filings and coordination with tax advisors

What you bring:

Experience:

5+ years in related finance roles, with a solid understanding of multi-currency, multi-entity accounting principles.

Technical Skills:

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with hands-on experience in NetSuite, and at least one AP or Payroll software.

Attention to Detail:

Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to manage complex financial transactions.

Communication Skills:

Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal stakeholders.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

Growth Mindset:

Eagerness to learn and develop within the accounting and finance field.
