Job Description

This role requires expertise in financial accounting and reporting, with proficiency in SAP PIO 100, subledger concepts, and various accounting tools. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of treasury operations, including cash management and hedging, as well as experience with internal financial controls and compliance. Additionally, the position demands familiarity with INDAS, IFRS, and various tax compliance areas, including direct and indirect taxation.
Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
Financial Accounting and Reporting:

• Working hands on knowledge SAP PIO 100.
• Subledger concepts and multiple GL concepts.
• Knowledge on various T Codes to be used in PIO
• Knowledge on Tools such as Business Warehouse and OneStream
• General accounting and in-depth knowledge on local Gaap and IFRS accounting covering topics such as Payroll, leases and asset accounting.
• Audit support ~ Internal and External

Treasury

• Exposure and knowledge on tools such as 360T.
• Knowledge on Compliances and statutory fillings for treasury operations.
• Managing cash requirements and minimising impact of cost on cash holdings.
• Knowledge on hedges.
• Hands on knowledge on Cash reports and forecasts.

Internal Financial Controls and Compliance

• Knowledge on INDAS and IFRS.
• Strong on concepts and working knowledge related to Internal financial controls.
• Exposure to external compliance topics, such and FEMA, Direct and Indirect Tax.
• Hands on exposure to Direct and Indirect tax compliance.

• Qualification :
• CA with minimum 3 to 5 years of experience on similar profile.
• Attention to detail :
• Accuracy to on GL processing, supporting reviews and managing financial data.
• Communication & Time Management :
• Good communication skills, ensuring prioritizing tasks to meet critical timelines.
• Problem Solving and Team work :
• Identifying and resolving issues with internal teams and stake holders.
• Collaboration with cross functional teams and global service centres.
