Your Tasks
Responsible for financial accounting and month-end closing activities
Perform cost center accounting and prepare Statement of Income (SOI) in line with IFRS and group guidelines
Manage month-end accruals, cost allocations, and cost reconciliations
Handle employee travel expense accounting and support payroll accounting activities
Prepare and coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as per Local GAAP and IFRS
Ensure accurate postings and integration across SAP FI, CO, and SD modules
Perform analysis, reconciliation, and documentation of G/L accounts and financial statements
Act as primary contact for statutory auditors, internal auditors, and bankers
Maintain G/L and cost center master data and account assignment rules
Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and statutory requirements
Prepare and present financial statements, cash flow reports, and performance analysis to management
Support Accounts Payable processes including payment runs, intercompany reconciliations, and PTP KPI adherence with shared service centers
Act as accounting business partner for internal and external stakeholders
Drive process improvements, automation, and RTR optimization initiatives
Participate in global, cross-functional, and international finance projects
Your Profile
Qualified or semi-qualified accounting professional (CMA / CWA / CA Inter)
Master's degree in Business Administration (Finance & Accounting) or equivalent preferred
6-8years of experience in Record to Report (RTR) with exposure to Accounts Payable (PTP) processes
Strong hands-on experience in General Ledger accounting, month-end close, and financial reporting
Working knowledge of IFRS and Local GAAP requirements
Hands-on experience in SAP ERP environment with FI/CO as mandatory modules
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills with experience working with international stakeholders
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
High attention to detail with strong ownership and accountability
Proactive, team-oriented, and results-driven mindset
