Accountant/Senior Accountant:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.

Accounts Executive:

Handle vouchers, bills, entries, and maintain accounting records, often using Tally software.

Internal Auditor Specialist:

Focus on compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

Accounts Manager:

Oversee overall financial health, potentially including import/export accounting and documentation in the gems and jewellery export industry.

Data Entry Operator:

Specifically for purchase departments, involving basic calculations in grams (gold/jewellery related) and coordinating with accounts.

Software Proficiency:

Experience with Tally ERP or Tally Prime is a common requirement. Some companies also require knowledge of specialized jewellery management software like Ornate, Jwelly, or JewelSoft.
