Accounting Intern
to join our finance team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in financial management within a dynamic and creative industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Management
: Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, including data entry, invoice processing, and accounts payable/receivable tracking.
Budget Monitoring
: Support the finance team in tracking project budgets and preparing financial reports.
Billing and Payments
: Help prepare client invoices, verify payment accuracy, and manage vendor interactions.
Audit Preparation
: Assist in organizing financial documents and reports for audits and compliance reviews.
Financial Analysis
: Provide support in analyzing financial data to identify trends and optimize processes.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Basics in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and accounting software such as Tally
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Has knowledge of technology usage.
