Job Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Accounting & HR Manager to lead our financial and human resources operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in both accounting and human resources management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing payroll, benefits administration, talent acquisition, and compliance with employment laws while ensuring the financial integrity of the organization. This position plays a crucial role in aligning our workforce with our business objectives through effective talent management and organizational design.

Duties



Oversee all aspects of accounting, including budgeting, payroll, and financial reporting. Manage HR functions such as talent acquisition, employee orientation, performance management, and employee relations. Ensure compliance with employment & labor laws, FMLA regulations, OSHA standards, and workers' compensation requirements. Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that support organizational goals and enhance employee engagement. Lead the recruitment process including interviewing, sourcing candidates, and succession planning. Facilitate training & development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth. Utilize HRIS systems (such as Workday, ADP, Paychex) for data analysis, reporting, and process improvement. Supervise HR staff to ensure effective execution of HR programs and policies. Conduct employee evaluations and manage conflict resolution processes in a fair manner. Collaborate with senior leadership to design organizational structures that meet business needs.

Experience



Proven experience in human resources management with a strong understanding of talent management strategies. Demonstrated knowledge of employment law, negotiation techniques, conflict management, and program management. Experience with budgeting processes and financial oversight in an organizational setting. Familiarity with various HR software platforms such as Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Ceridian, UltiPro, Kronos, Taleo, Dayforce, Paylocity is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences. Data analysis skills for effective decision-making based on collected data insights. This role is essential for driving our company's success through effective accounting practices and human capital management strategies.
