We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Accounting to lead our accounting department. This role will be pivotal in overseeing all financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing strategic financial insights to support organizational growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various accounting disciplines, including corporate, non-profit, and governmental accounting, along with expertise in financial management and reporting.

Responsibilities

Financial Planning and Strategy

: Developing financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Accounting & Record Keeping

: Ensuring accurate maintenance of financial records and statements.

Financial Reporting

: Preparing timely financial reports for management, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.

Audit & Compliance

: Coordinating with external auditors and ensuring statutory compliance.

Cash Flow & Treasury Management

: Managing cash flow, banking relationships, and investment portfolios.

Cost Management & Optimization

: Monitoring and controlling organizational costs.

Team Leadership & Development

: Leading the finance and accounts team.

Regulatory and Taxation Compliance

: Ensuring compliance with tax laws and filing requirements.

Risk Management

: Identifying financial risks and implementing mitigation strategies.

Financial Policy Formulation

: Developing and updating financial policies and procedures Managing audits related to taxation. Providing training and development to enhance team skills. Identifying cost-saving opportunities. Ensuring liquidity for day-to-day operations. Implementing internal controls and policies to prevent fraud and errors. Analyzing financial data to guide decision-making. Supervising accounting operations and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
