About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and hands-on Accounting & General Client Success Manager to lead and manage a team of Accounting Virtual Assistants and Administrative Virtual Assistants supporting US-based clients. The role requires strong accounting knowledge, people management skills, and operational oversight to ensure smooth day-to-day delivery, productivity, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Oversight
Oversee accounting operations handled by Accounting Virtual Assistants (bookkeeping, reconciliations, AR/AP, payroll support, reporting).
Review work quality and ensure compliance with client-specific accounting standards and timelines.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Coordinate with clients on financial deliverables and clarifications when required.

Team Management & Leadership
Manage, mentor, and monitor a team of Accounting VAs and Admin VAs.
Assign tasks, track performance, and ensure timely delivery of work.
Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
Identify training needs and support onboarding of new virtual assistants.

Operations & Process Management
Develop and improve SOPs, workflows, and quality control processes.
Ensure adherence to internal processes and client expectations.
Act as a point of escalation for operational or performance issues.
Monitor productivity, utilization, and overall team efficiency.

Administrative & Client Support Oversight
Supervise administrative tasks such as email management, scheduling, documentation, CRM updates, and data entry handled by Admin VAs.
Ensure professional communication standards with US-based clients.
Coordinate between clients and internal teams for smooth operations.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in accounting, operations, or team management roles.
Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting processes.
Experience managing remote or virtual teams is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently during night shifts.
Preferred Skills
Experience working with US clients or US accounting processes.
Hands-on experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar tools.
Strong documentation and SOP-building skills.
