Job Description

Bookkeeping & General Ledger:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. This includes performing daily bookkeeping, posting journal entries, and reconciling accounts to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

Financial Reporting:

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports, dashboards, and management information system (MIS) reports. You will contribute to business data analytics by providing clear and actionable insights from financial data.

Accounts Payable & Receivable:

Assist in managing accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R), ensuring timely payments to vendors and collection of outstanding funds.

Payroll & HR Support:

Assist with the processing of payroll and related financial tasks.

Budgeting & Audits:

Support the preparation of yearly budgets and assist in the compilation of audit packs to ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the Chennai team and the finance department in Africa to ensure consistent financial reporting and compliance across all business entities.
