Job Description

The Accounting Faculty Trainee will assist in delivering academic sessions, supporting senior faculty members, and enhancing their teaching and subject-handling skills. The role aims to prepare the trainee for a full-time faculty position through hands-on experience in content delivery, student interaction, and academic coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist senior accounting faculty in preparing and delivering lectures. Support classroom management and help students with basic accounting queries. Prepare study materials, assignments, and question papers under supervision. Conduct practice sessions, doubt-clearing sessions, and revision classes. Maintain student attendance, assessment records, and performance reports. Learn and effectively use digital platforms (LMS, Google Classroom, etc.) for academic delivery. Participate in academic meetings, workshops, and faculty training programs. Collaborate with the academic team to ensure syllabus completion and quality teaching. Continuously update knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and related areas.
