Job Description

We're looking for a dedicated Accountancy educator to join our EdTech team, teaching students from 11th to 12th grade (State & CBSE). You'll deliver engaging online lessons, create study materials, and help students master accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop lesson plans, video modules, quizzes, and practice questions.

2. Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and provide feedback.

3. Mentor students, clarify doubts, and foster interest in accounting.

4. Collaborate with content & curriculum teams to align with board standards.

5. Track student progress and suggest improvement strategies.

Requirements:

- Master's in Commerce/Accounting.

- Strong understanding of Accountancy concepts.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Proficient with online teaching tools.

- Ability to create engaging digital content (PPTs, videos, interactive quizzes).

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience creating e-learning modules or recorded video lessons.

- Familiarity with board exam patterns and curriculum design.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
