Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Accounting Faculty to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Practical Accounting along with hands-on knowledge of popular accounting software such as SAP (FICO / S4 HANA), Tally Prime, QuickBooks, and Sage 50. The faculty member will be responsible for delivering engaging lectures, conducting practical training sessions, and preparing students for both academic excellence and industry readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver theoretical and practical sessions on Accounting and Finance.

Train students on Practical Accounting, SAP, Tally Prime, QuickBooks, and Sage 50.

Design course materials, assignments, and assessments.

Provide mentorship and academic guidance to students.

Stay updated with the latest accounting practices, software tools, and industry trends.

Conduct workshops, seminars, and hands-on training sessions.

Evaluate students' performance and provide constructive feedback.

Collaborate with the academic team to continuously improve the curriculum.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Strong practical knowledge of Accounting, SAP, Tally Prime, QuickBooks, and Sage 50

.

Prior teaching/training experience is an added advantage.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
