covering: Communication & Presentation Skills Personality Development & Grooming Resume Writing & Interview Skills Workplace Etiquette & Professional Behavior Teamwork, Leadership, and Problem-Solving Basic Computer & Accounting Software Skills (MS Office, Tally, etc.) Mentor and guide students in academic projects, internships, and career readiness. Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback. Stay updated with the latest developments in accounting standards and employability skills. Participate in departmental meetings, workshops, and institutional events.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Accounting/Commerce/Finance (Ph.D. preferred). Professional certifications (CA, CPA, CMA, ACCA) will be an advantage. Strong subject knowledge in accounting, taxation, and finance. Ability to teach both

academic subjects and skill development topics

. Excellent communication, mentoring, and presentation skills. Familiarity with digital teaching tools and e-learning platforms.
