Job Responsibilities: - Teach accounting courses, including financial accounting, cost accounting, and taxation, to students. - Develop lesson plans, study materials, and assessment methods aligned with industry standards. - Provide hands-on training in accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books and MS Excel. - Guide students in understanding accounting concepts, financial reporting, and compliance. - Evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and projects. - Stay updated with the latest accounting practices, tax laws, and financial regulations. - Assist in curriculum development and improvement. - Provide mentorship and career guidance to students. Qualifications & Skills: - Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - CA, CMA, CS, or MBA (Finance) preferred. - Minimum 2-3 years of teaching or industry experience in accounting or finance. - Proficiency in Tally, GST, Income Tax, and other financial tools. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Passion for teaching and mentoring students. Preferred: - Experience in vocational or professional training institutes. - Knowledge of Indian accounting standards and taxation. - Ability to integrate practical case studies into teaching.
