Key ResponsibilitiesHR Responsibilities
Manage recruitment, onboarding & documentation
Maintain attendance, leave & performance records
Handle employee queries & HR compliance
Assist in manpower planning and shift scheduling
Accounting & Payroll
Prepare monthly payroll and reports
Manage salary sheets & disbursements
Create and track invoices for US clients
Reconcile payments & follow up on pending invoices
Maintain expenses & reimbursement logs
Coordination
Work closely with US operations team
Maintain daily logs, summaries & compliance files
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Commerce, or Accounting
1-3 years of experience in HR, payroll, or accounting
Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
Good English communication
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
