Role Overview
As an
Accounting Executive
at Quattro Spaces, you will play a critical role in managing end-to-end accounting operations. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with
5+ years of experience
who can ensure accuracy in financial records, maintain compliance, and contribute to robust financial processes across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee
day-to-day accounting operations
, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and entries.
Manage
vendor invoices, payments, receivables, and expense reimbursements
.
Track
payables, receivables, and project cost allocations
with accuracy.
Prepare
monthly MIS reports, financial statements, and variance analyses
.
Ensure full compliance with
statutory requirements (GST, TDS, PF, etc.)
.
Coordinate with external auditors for statutory and internal audits.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Maintain organized financial documentation and ensure strong internal controls.
Who You Are (Requirements)
Must-Haves:
Bachelor's degree in
Commerce, Finance, or Accounting
(M.Com or CA Inter preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience
in accounting or finance (experience in
real estate, construction, or project-driven industries
is strongly preferred).
Strong proficiency in
Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software
.
Solid knowledge of
Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, and compliance regulations
.
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational discipline.
Nice-to-Haves:
Familiarity with
ERP/financial automation systems
.
Prior experience with
real estate or property management accounting
.
Ability to independently manage accounts while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
