Indurise Global Services is hiring a Remote Accounting Data Input Specialist to support accurate and timely processing of vendor bills, travel and expense reimbursements, cash receipts, referrals, and customer refund requests. This role also ensures proper data management for the client's Order to Cash department, requiring strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities -
Review and process vendor bills in Ramp.
Review and process Travel and Expense reimbursements in Ramp.
Apply cash receipts accurately and track referrals.
Process customer refund requests as needed.
Cash application of customer payments from Stripe.
W-9 monitoring and processing for annual 1099 preparation.
Review customer refund requests and referral payments.
Import all new customers, new sales orders, projects, change orders, and invoices into NetSuite ERP
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
