Accounting Clerk

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Clerk to manage daily accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day financial transactions, journals, ledgers, and reports

Handle accounts payable and receivable functions

Prepare and post journal entries, reconcile bank statements

Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting

Handle customer support issues when required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance

1+ years of hands-on accounting experience

Strong knowledge of ERP or similar software

Proficiency in MS Excel

Good understanding of accounting standards and statutory compliance

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
