As an

Accounting & Business Operations Executive

, you'll work directly with the founders and play a key role in handling day-to-day operations, financial coordination, and compliance management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting tasks (invoices, expense tracking, bank entries, reconciliations) Coordinate with our CA and finance partners Handle SEZ compliance, vendor payments, and documentation Support operational processes across multiple group companies and investments Assist in internal audits, reporting, and financial documentation Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors

Key Skills Required:

Fresher 1-2 years of experience in accounting or operations Strong foundation in Tally/Zoho Books or other accounting tools Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and SEZ compliance is a plus Good Excel/Google Sheets skills Excellent communication, follow-ups, and attention to detail A proactive mindset -- someone who takes initiative and solves problems independently

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance or equivalent Minimum 6 months of work experience in a similar role

Pay: Up to ₹250,000.00 per year
