About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Overseeing accounts payable, including ensuring the completeness and accuracy of invoice amounts, department coding, invoice timing, approval workflows, etc.
2. Overseeing corporate credit card expenditures including ensuring the completeness and accuracy of receipt amounts, department coding, etc.
3. Overseeing accounts receivable, including ensuring the completeness and accuracy of invoice amounts, invoice timing, invoice collections, and follow-ups with customers and other departments, etc.
4. Communicating directly with vendors, contractors, customers, and internal cross-functional department employees on invoices and payment details (slack, phone, email)
5. Coordinating and managing the organization of invoices, contracts, and agreements
6. Working heavily in Excel/Google Sheets and spreadsheets using advanced formulas and pivot tables
7. Entering and reviewing journal entries (including intercompany journal entries)
8. Performing all assigned month-end and year-end tasks
9. Analyzing account information and trends and bringing comments on variance analysis
10. Bringing continuous improvement and seeking ways to streamline processes, increasing efficiency and accuracy

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 100000 to 300000 /year
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (\xe2\x82\xb9 500 per performance).
