Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Finance Support
Assist with
accounts payable & receivable
Enter and reconcile transactions in accounting software (QuickBooks or similar)
Prepare invoices, expense reports, and basic financial summaries
Support payroll processing coordination (US payroll familiarity preferred)
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Human Resources & Recruiting
Post job openings and coordinate recruitment activities
Screen resumes and schedule interviews for US-based positions
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes
Support compliance and internal HR reporting
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
Accounting, Finance, HR, Business Administration
, or related field
1-4 years experience in
accounting assistance, HR, or recruiting
Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
Comfortable working
night shift (5 PM - 2 AM IST)
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
High attention to detail and confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with
US-based companies
Familiarity with
QuickBooks, payroll systems, or ATS platforms
Prior back-office or shared services experience
Knowledge of US employment or payroll processes (a plus)
