The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and reviewing complex tax filings, overseeing accounting operations, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and providing strategic guidance to clients and the team.
Experience:
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in US accounting and tax preparation/review.
Excellent communication
Proven expertise in managing complex tax filings and multi-entity accounting.
Advanced knowledge of tax laws, GAAP, and financial reporting standards.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and tax preparation software.
CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification.
EA (Enrolled Agent) certification.
Background in working with small businesses, nonprofits, and high-net-worth individuals.
Knowledge of payroll and sales tax compliance.
