Confidently connect on call with internal / external customers and manage queries

Provide cover for associates not in the office by actioning urgent work

Ensure adherence to the Willis Insurance Essentials
Escalate errors and incidents to the Business Support Team Supervisor
Complete ad-hoc tasks as directed by Business Support Team Supervisor

Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor's degree required (Open to all streams)
Skills:
Preferred background in Quality Assurance. Also, understanding of account receivable and payable model
Communication skills - Use of clear business English to enable effective direct communication (Verbal/Written) with stakeholders / external customers
Ability to adapt to changes and learn new processes and systems
Knowledge in Eclipse preferred along with understanding of MI
Achieve results through a clear understanding of escalation procedure and effective business communications.
Attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office Applications
Has sound understanding of the insurance industry
Good ability to plan and manage personal workload efficiently and effectively, correctly evaluating importance and prioritizing accordingly
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of total work experience in relevant industry
